What is covered under warranty?
We are confident in the quality of our products, and in case of a defect in our products, in addition to the legal warranty, we offer an additional Mavi Ay Mattress warranty service, which varies according to the relevant products.
Mavi Ay Mattress warranty is activated if material or production defects are detected in the product you have purchased from www.maviayyatak.com, from e-commerce platforms where we are present as Mavi Ay Mattress, or from Mavi Ay Mattresses retail stores, within the warranty period and provided that you comply with the warranty terms. enters. In this case, your product will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or the faulty part of the product price will be given back to you as a discount voucher to be used in another purchase, without you having to make any additional payment.
General Conditions
Mavi Ay Mattress warranty conditions and additional guarantees are offered in addition to the warranty conditions determined by the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Customs and Trade, and do not affect consumer rights arising from the law in any way. For problems that may arise regarding the warranty certificate, you can apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Trade of the Republic of Turkey. General conditions required to benefit from warranty coverage:
- Mavi Ay Mattress gives this guarantee, taking into account that the products will naturally wear out over time under normal use conditions.
- The product produced by Mavi Ay Mattress and purchased from Mavi Ay Mattress internet or retail stores, as well as the product's washable cover and all other parts, are covered by the Mavi Ay Mattress warranty.
- Malfunctions resulting from abnormal use of the product contrary to the conditions stated in the user manual, natural wear and usage errors are not covered by the warranty.
- Situations where the Blue Moon Mattress Warranty is not valid are stated in the Exceptions section.
- The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase of the product. Copies or photocopies of invoices and warranty documents issued for the goods sold cannot replace the warranty certificate.
- If the product to be replaced within the scope of the warranty conditions is not still included in the Mavi Ay Mattress product range, it will be replaced with an equivalent product determined by Mavi Ay Mattress.
- Mavi Ay Mattress reserves the right to remove all or part of the products sold through its sales channels from the market and/or re-launch them.
- The warranty period of products replaced under warranty is limited to the remaining warranty period of the first purchased product.
- Outlet section is the place where there are simple production defects, export surplus, display products, defects, etc. This is the section where products falling into the defective or used product category are sold at a price lower than the retail price. Products purchased from this section are outside the scope of warranty and company return procedures.

Warranty Period
Mavi Ay Mattress Warranty is valid for the specified period, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty period is generally as follows (unless otherwise stated):

Exceptions
Blue Moon Mattress Warranty does not apply to the following situations and products:
- If the product is used, second-hand or purchased directly from somewhere other than Mavi Ay Mattress sales channels
- If the product has not been used and/or handled with due care and/or in accordance with the necessary use, cleaning and maintenance instructions.
- The product is free from intentional, negligence, cuts, burns, floods, pet damage, pests, insects, etc. caused by the user or any third party. has been damaged as a result of deformation caused by living creatures or any other improper use
- The damage results from the product being folded, compressed, or exposed to cold/heat for a period of time that could cause it to tear or become permanently deformed.
- If dissatisfaction is due to comfort preference
- If the product has been soaked and allowed to absorb liquid contrary to the Manufacturer's recommendations
- If the product is found to be heavily stained, dirty and/or otherwise unhygienic
- If the product has been modified or repaired without prior authorization from the manufacturer
- If the bed base/bed frames have been overloaded or have been misused without taking into account the manufacturer's weight restrictions.
- Mattresses are designed for use on a solid, flat, smooth surface that supports the mattress. If the product is used in a way that does not comply with its design, it will be out of warranty.
- If the defect is due to wear and tear resulting from normal use
- Zippers on the covers of Mavi Ay Bedding products (provided that they are not defective when the product is first purchased)
- For bearings, if the defect or change in the product is very minor or is a normal change that does not affect the features of the product.
